Use Demo step in the side panel to test the full local receipt path without signing in to any website.

Steps

  1. Install the extension.
  2. Click the extension action to open the side panel.
  3. Click Demo step.
  4. Draw a redaction box over the sample token.
  5. Add expected and actual notes.
  6. Click Save step.
  7. Export HTML and Markdown receipts.

Expected result

The exported receipt includes the redacted capture, page metadata, notes, redaction count, and image SHA-256. Version 0.1.0 keeps up to five saved steps per active receipt and scales captured step images to a maximum working-image width of 960 px before local saving. It does not automate clicks, scrape pages, submit forms, contact a backend, or request persistent host permissions.
